Black & Castle is a highly-driven Bristol based real estate investment and development company with an ambition to be the go-to partner of choice for both UK and international real estate investors.
We think globally though we are local at heart. Our primary focus is establishing presence and significant growth in our local community.
However, we recognise that the “right” opportunities may also present themselves from other regions of the UK – these will of course be considered on a case by case basis via carefully selected partners with relevant local expertise and experience.

We do the heavy lifting and methodically source properties and development opportunities at below market value.
FUND IT.
You work with us either as a cash/loan investor or as a joint venture (JV) partner if you meet the pre-qualification criteria.
FARM IT.
We purchase the properties / developments and take steps to transform and add value to these in order to generate a significant return on investment for our investors.
